Description:Position Summary: At Growers Transplanting, Inc., we

seeking a Financial Analyst/Inventory Manager. Responsible for the
preparation, coordination, and documentation of financial analysis
projects such as financial and expense performance, rate of return,
depreciation, working capital, and budgets. This individual will be
a self-motivated Goal-Setter and Team-Player. This individual will
possess excellent analytical skills along with strong communication
skills, both verbal and nonverbal. Highly detail-oriented and
capable of analyzing data with creativity and innovation in mind,
5% Business Travel. Essential Functions (Duties and
Responsibilities): Gather and organize financial data from?all
accounting departments.Compile and analyze financial reports and
find discrepancies that require senior management's
attention.Assist with providing Ad-hoc report for all departments
(Sales, Operations, Business Development etc.)Updating and
maintaining monthly, weekly financial reporting packs.Coordinating
and reconciling Month End Inventory Item master setup in ERP
SystemUtilizing ERP reports to reconcile inventory Partner with
production to create common receiving and shipping practices at all
sites Support Organization wide aggregation of Inventory and KPI
Data Regularly ensure that reporting accurate, rich in actionable
content and useful Create management reports to bring visibility to
trends and variance analysis Provide ongoing standard analysis with
the predominant focus on forward-looking analysis and
risks/opportunities. Provide assistance Accounting Senior
Management and staff during period-end, quarter-end, budget, and
year-end activities.Perform Adhoc Analysis Performs all duties in
accordance with environmental, food safety, safety rules and
regulations.Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements:
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Experience):Bachelors degree
in Finance, Business, Economics, and or related field Very strong
analytical skills, with the ability to take large, complex problems
and reduce them to smaller, more easily solvable pieces while
operating within a very tight timeline. Ability to work with and
analyze very large data sets. Excellent computer skills, with an
emphasis on advanced Excel. Experience querying data warehouses and
SQL servers is a plus. 4 years' experience working in finance
and/or accounting. Proven track record of working with large groups
or teams to implement changes resulting from financial analysis.
Good interpersonal skills with experience working in a team
environment. Demonstrated ability to assess credit risks
accurately. Maintain valid CA Driver's License and eligibility for
company vehicle insurance.Capable of working independently and
collaboratively with minimal supervision.Self-starter with a sense
of urgency and process-driven mindset.Strong understanding of
accounting theory in ERP systems. Team player with a can-do
attitude.The expected salary range for this role is $101,000 -
$115,000. This is the salary we reasonably expect to pay we would
pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately
pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be
modified in the future. Final compensation offered will be based on
including but not limited to experience, relevant education,
qualifications, skills, organizational needs, and performance.The
