Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Architecture to define and implement technology architecture that supports product vision and strategy in healthcare operations.



Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain technology architecture strategy aligned with business objectives
Lead the design and evolution of technology architecture, focusing on healthcare-specific requirements
Build and mentor a high-performing team of architects while ensuring cross-functional collaboration



Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred)
12+ years of experience in technology architecture or engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role in healthcare
Experience with Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Amazon Well-Architected Framework
Extensive experience with AWS, microservices architecture, and data management technologies
Understanding of healthcare industry standards and regulations, including HL7 and HIPAA
