Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to manage budgets,
prepare estimates, and build client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates and cost plans for review
Identify potential risks and assist with maintaining the Risk
Register
Attend client and design team meetings to capture cost implications
and actions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of cost management experience
MRICS or on the path to chartership preferred
Proficient in CostX and Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of construction technologies and sustainability
trends
