Sales Executive, USRemote, USACompensation$100 - $180K yearly

rapidly growing fintech startup focused on empowering community
banks and credit unions in North America to deliver cutting-edge
digital solutions. Their mission is to bridge the technology gap
for smaller financial institutions, allowing them to empower
customers by leveraging innovative, customer-centric mobile
solutions and technology.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and
dynamic Sales Executive with a proven track record in the fintech
industry, particularly in selling to community banks and credit
unions. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 7 years of sales
experience in fintech, ideally with exposure to mobile
applications, and is highly skilled in contract negotiations and
closing high-value deals.Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities with community banks
and credit unions across the US
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders
within targeted financial institutions
- Present and demonstrate fintech solutions, emphasizing their
value in enhancing customer engagement and digital
transformation
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
for customers and the company
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through to
closing, meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue
targets
- Provide market feedback and customer insights to help shape
product enhancements and new offerings
- Collaborate closely with the broader organization including
product owners to refine go-to-market strategies
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends,
competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting community
banks and credit unionsRequirements
- Successful sales leadership experience, 7-10 years in the
fintech industry, with a strong focus on selling to community banks
and credit unions in the US
- Proven experience with mobile applications and digital banking
solutions
- Demonstrated success in building sales strategy through to
negotiating and closing complex contracts with senior-level
decision-makers
- Deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges facing
community banks and credit unions
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend
